How to check the size of the hat you want to order:

Hat size refers to head circumference at forehead. With the help of a tape measure you can measure the circumference of head in the area above ears. We recommend holding the tape measure tightly to the forehead for a more accurate measurement. If the circumference is 55 cm, it means the hat size you want to order is 55. If the measured value is between two numbers, for example 56.5 cm, the order will always be a larger size. In this case, 57 cm.

Delivery terms:

Due to the manual processing, the hats will arrive within in 5 - 7 working days from the date of purchase on the website.

The estimated delivery time is 24 and 72 hours from the moment the order is confirmed by phone and depends on the delivery method chosen by the client and/or the physical stock of products available in the store or at the provider’s warehouse.

The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 30 calendar days from receiving the product, or in the case of services, from the date the contract was concluded.
