Where are Dualitae pieces made?

Every piece is made in Romania, from the first sketch to the final stitch. Production is kept in limited series to ensure the highest quality at every stage of the process.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes detailed measurements: product length, sleeve length where applicable, and the model's exact dimensions for reference. We recommend reading these carefully before placing your order.

How do I care for my Dualitae piece?

Care instructions are listed on each product page under Care Guide. Most pieces are made from natural or delicate fabrics such as wool, viscose, or linen and require dry cleaning or a gentle wash at 30 degrees. Always follow the specific instructions for each garment.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours from telephone confirmation of your order. Free shipping is available for all orders within Romania. Once shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. In exceptional cases, and always with your agreement, this timeframe may be extended.

Do you ship internationally?
